Student taking admission in Mahatma Education Society’s Vidyadhiraja College of Physical Education & Research, have to submit following mentioned documents in Original and 3 Sets of Photocopies in College Office.

• College Leaving Certificate
• Birth Certificate / Domicile Certificate
• Caste Certificate / Non-Creamy Layer Certificate / Caste Validity if required
• SSC Mark-sheet
• HSC Mark-sheet
• All Graduation Mark-sheets (Semester / Yearly Pattern)
• Marks Conversion Certificate from College / University (Semester Pattern / Yearly Pattern)
• Consolidated Mark-sheet if any
• Degree Certificate / Provisional Passing Certificate
• Marriage Certificate / Maharashtra Gazette Copy of name changed if applicable
• Sports Achievement Certificates (Attach Highest Merit Achievement Certificates)
• In case of working – Deputation in Service Letter from the Employer
• CET Registration Form
• CET Admit Card / Hall Ticket
• CET Score Card
• CET Provisional Admission Letter
• Prescribed College Fees
• Recent Passport size 10 Photographs
• Aadhar Card Photocopy

Student should keep sufficient number of photocopies of above mentioned documents before submitting originals in College Office.
